Did you know there are a few different Fitness programs for moms in the North? It takes a little digging but we found a really great baby-friendly program in Northern BC.
If there isn’t one for your community, maybe see if someone can help make it happen. These are great ways to beat the baby blues, feel strong and empowered, and just keep rocking motherhood. I’m less than perfect on finding all the things, drop the programs available in your town in the comments and I’ll get them added.
Fort St. John, BC

Prince George, BC
Chinook Yoga: This Prince George based yoga studio provides Prince George parents with a variety of yoga classes to meet your prenatal, postpartum, and young children’s needs. Find out more on their website.
Framework Fitness: Morgan Glover at Framework Fitness provides Prince George parents with a variety of services to meet your fitness goals including weekly Mom Strong classes.
